Cash On Delivery (C.O.D.) terms.
We can only supply our goods on a C.O.D basis under the following terms:
Your proposal of purchase and acceptance of our Terms & Conditions of Use including the Cash on Delivery terms is indicated at the time of checkout by you placing a tick in the appropriate box at the end of the form. Ticking this box is required to complete the contract. (If this box is not ticked the form will not send and confirm the order). The confirmation of the order forms the basis of our contract to supply and your contract to pay under the Haggle4it C.O.D. terms & conditions.
All goods remain the property of the supplier until full, cleared payment is received from the customer – this must be in the form of cash (in local currency) or, where appropriate, by an authorised debit/credit card payment or confirmed direct bank transfer payment at the time of delivery of the goods.
Any discrepancy in quantity(quantities) must be identified at the time of delivery and brought to the supplier’s attention immediately.
If, for whatever the reason, the delivery of the ordered goods is declined at the time of delivery, the applicable delivery charge will remain due and payable.
